Показатель Международных стандартов финансовой отчетности — разность между приведенной стоимостью всех притоков и оттоков денежных средств, связанных с бизнесом или имуществом, рассчитанная путем дисконтирования и тех и других по требуемой ставке отдачи или целевой доходности. Это наиболее совершенный критерий для сравнения и отбора инвестиционных проектов. Рассчитывается как сумма денежных потоков, связанных с данным проектом, приведенная по фактору времени к моменту оценки. В качестве ставки дисконта используется требуемый уровень доходности, определенный с учетом инвестиционного риска.
